PAD – Property Acquistion Development Branding
PAD – Property Acquistion Development is a young ambitious company which consults on construction projects and provides a fully integrated buying, development and management service in London for private investor and residential clients alike.
The mission was to create an identity and relative marketing materials that shows who they are: forward thinkers, successful, experts breaking new grounds, to help position PAD – as a new entity with naming, corporate identity and positioning. with the unique challenge of articulating the culture and vision of London luxury, culture and style. They wanted their corporate style to project their European approach to business, and to do it through the logo, business cards, a printed portfolio, and stationery, in a simple and efficient manner. The main message was creativity, constructive approach, and balance between form and function.
The key objective was keeping PAD flexible. An identity that could be that would be timeless yet still evolve/adapt over time remaining culturally relevant.
The PAD logo is an abstracted font which in itself can be abstracted to make plain graphic elements, and the baseline for other corporate style elements. We then designed the collateral for PAD, to ensure harmony with the other aspects. PAD is inspired by classic typography and boxed as a timeless symbol that is modern and sophisticated. The PAD mark not only pays tribute to the past, but also looks to its future.
